I went through three rounds of interviews for the position. First was a 20-25 minute phone call with just basic questions about my experience, why sports sales things like that. Second was a 3 hour group online interview. There will be many interviewers and you'll talk with many different people in the org. Not everybody gets to answer every question, so you'll want to answer early and often. One question they asked at the end was if only you and one of your fellow interviewees could get hired who would you pick and why? I got selected for the final interview of about 15-20 people out of a couple hundred. It was another online group interview that lasted about 1 and a half hours. Its the same exact thing as the first round. Pretty softball questions honestly, and rotating with different people. At they end we were showered with praise about how we all did so well and how much they appreciate their time, and even if we didn't get the job we all have bright futures. They sent me an email to tell me I didn't get the position. And when I followed up to ask how I could've done better I received no response. Its a very spineless and disgusting move in my opinion after spending hours interviewing to not have the decency to even call us. No shock such a low class sales organization continues to have away fans outnumber home fans.
