Interview
There were two interviewers. The first step of the interview is to complete a math test with about 5 questions in about 10 minutes with a calculator they provide you with. The tests consist of story problems where you have to know how to determine annual, semi annual, quarterly etc type info for a customer in regards to having money taken out of their paychecks for a investment. After completing the tests, they go into the interview with mostly situational/behavioral and skill type questions.
It was an okay interview but what I don't like is that this company ghosted me. I have not heard anything from them after my interview. It was 2 weeks and nothing and I had to go and check that I didn't get the job.
