Interview
I’m a former employee and was invited for an interview. After having a phone interview with the hiring manager, they ghosted me. I worked with NYL for three years and wanted to come back after being laid off because of CoVid. I’m not sure this is actually feasible. Can’t imagine how hard it is to get hired if you can’t get hired as a former employee. I’m a bit disappointed and expected a bit more kindness and determination to place former employees given the recent events but not dice. You’ll be treated as an external candidate.
HR gave full details of role , pay range, location strategy and asked if interested to move forward.
