Contacted by recruiter and set up face to face interview. Met face to face and had a relaxing interview. Asked to come back for a 2nd face to face to discuss compensation and benefit packages. 3rd face to face happens tomorrow even though I have already been offered the job.

Long process. Be prepared to be uncovered wide-open. Extensive back ground check. They claim to pay a salary, but the allowance is more like a drawl.
The allowance is equivelant to slightly above mimimun wage. You would need a part-time job to survive or another side-hustle.
