multiple interview process. interviewers/partners were professional and courteous. conversational and relational. emphasis on managers awards and potential earnings for agent. it's one of the more respected companies but seemed to have a mlm structure and feel...it wasn't explained clearly enough. training was explained and seems to be one of the better benefits of being a part of the organization. but again it is commission based and it was made to seem there was a base/draw/compensation while training and building one's business.

Management does a good job explaining the Job. It was a lengthy process. Knowing a lot of people is key. It is tough to start but pays off later at commisions build.

Extensive vetting. Requires you to become licensed for life insurance, after which point you'd have follow up interviews before ultimately moving forward. You need recommendations, and you'll have to conduct some introductory surveys with people who are supportive of you, and these surveys will actually benefit you down the road as you start your career.
The interview process was straightforward and comfortable. The questions were clear, allowing me to express my thoughts easily. Overall, it felt supportive and friendly, making it an enjoyable experience. Thank you!
