By far the best interview I've had so far, mainly because it didn't feel like an interview, it was more like a casual conversation with a friend.
Everything became clear after the first conversation and I left with no doubt regarding the job applied for.

Long process. Be prepared to be uncovered wide-open. Extensive back ground check. They claim to pay a salary, but the allowance is more like a drawl.
The allowance is equivelant to slightly above mimimun wage. You would need a part-time job to survive or another side-hustle.

Casual, responsive, and fairly easy. A lot of the interview process is learning about the company. The questions are straightforward and focus on attitude and experience. Overall, you will be assigned a manager to interview you and test your relationship-building skills and team skills.
