Interview
I got the feeling they didn't really want to hire me before the interview but called me in just in case. The whole interaction was unpleasant and uncomfortable. They didn't have my resume printed out before I came so I gave them one, but they asked for it in kind of an ungracious, curt way. During the short interview, they actually told me they had a preferred candidate. Strikingly, at the end of the interview, the art director told me she really liked how I designed my resume and asked about the font. She then scrawled the name of it on my resume. So they made it quite clear that I wasn't their first choice but did make sure they got the name of that font. Very classy.
