I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at New York Times (New York, NY) in Jan 2023
Interview
Applied online at the end of November. Got consistent email updates on the status of the application process after submitting (closing applications, resume in review, etc.) Got an interview early January which was a casual, recruiter screen via Google Meet. Recruiter screen was to learn about the role & asked about my interest with NYT. After first interview, heard back a week later to schedule the final technical interview with a senior designer. Technical round was a 30-min portfolio review & chat with the designer. Received my offer the same week of my final round just 4 days later.
