They start off very nice and respectful before ultimately ghosting the candidate and wasting their time. They simply keep on reposting the same position for over 6 months with no real intention of hiring. When I asked if they’ll move forward they never responded but kept on reposting for the next 6 months. I got emotionally hurt by the process because I invested so much time just to be repeatedly ignored by the managers and HR person.
