I applied online, then got a phone interview in May and the assessment center in June. Phone interview was standard competence questions, the assessment center was so structured: 1. group case study (1hr to prepare and 20 mins to present in front of all the business directors) 2. 1hr competence interview with a Director and a Brand Manager We also did a tour of the office and the Parker museum, which was really nice. I got the reply the day after!
