Spoken with their internal recruiter, the hiring manager, and the VP of Digital Marketing. They asked quite detailed questions about my experience and skills but they don't seem to have a good idea about what they are looking for. They seem to have this mentality where they think the better candidate is just around the corner even after they say that you have demonstrated that your skills and experience are a very good fit. This is a clear sign of indecisiveness and most likely chaos within the company and the fact that they keep posting the same job ads on LinkedIn for months after that only reinforces my view of the chaotic corporate culture. Not exactly the kind of company for a good dedicated professional to grow. Stay away.
