Was contacted to set up phone screen and asked for my availability on Thursday afternoon. The e-mail stated upon my response they would send an e-mail confirming the day and time. I responded promptly that I was available between 1-3pm and looked forward to speaking with them. Also asked for them to confirm the specific time in their follow up e-mail. No response back so the next day I again e-mailed - HR responded that Thursday no longer worked and was I available the following Tuesday. Again I responded promptly and no response back from HR person - I sent two subsequent emails (one each day) asking if we could confirm a day/time for the phone screening they requested and no response ... I know people are busy but really? Why reach out and ask someone for availability and then just ignore them - not impressed...
