I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Newell Brands (New York, NY)
Interview
My first step was talking to recruiters at a career fair. I then applied online, and was invited to an on-campus interview session (with a dinner the night before). Both were very relaxed. Interviews were about 30-45 minutes long. Two weeks later, I was invited to Atlanta where there was a dinner one night and an office “super day” on the following day. There we had 3 back to back interviews, and general info sessions all day long. Very similar to the first interviews. A little over a week later, I received an offer.
