I first had a phone interview with Human Resources. Then, I was called in for an in-person interview. It took a full day and included both panels and individual interviews. The team took me to lunch. Primarily, behavioral based questions were asked with some direct hypethetical ones along the way. The interviewers told me a lot about themselves and the company, which was appreciated. They primarily wanted to know my thought process and how I would fit into their culture.
