Made it to the final round interview for 2 jobs as Assistant Manager. Interviews went well and then was ghosted. It was not until I followed up several times, did they finally send a rejection letter.

I applied, was contacted by a recruiter, and flown in for a series of back to back interviews. I was made an offer two weeks later. The process took about 8 weeks.

Recruited on Campus, Had two 30 minute interviews on campus, flown to Atlanta for 3 separate interviews. In Atlanta, met with around 30 other intdividuals who were also interviewing. Had group dinner the night before interviews. It was a great experience
