Extensive interviewing including 3 rounds of conversations with 3 different people and a project presentation that lasted weeks. After talking to numerous people and presenting a project, was put in limbo with no responses from their recruiting team. After pushing for a response was told the company had selected a different individuals. No phone call, or feedback, I would have been ghosted if I didn't push for information.
