Applied and got contacted by HR Representative. Had a phone screening and then moved on to a group panel through Microsoft Teams meeting some of the team. The group panel went well and scheduled another video call to meet the same team and additional members. Thought it went well and emailed a "thank you" email to the team members as the HR Representative that helped set everything up. Did not get a response so I followed up with HR have not heard from them since the interview. I understand if I was not qualified for the position but it would have been nice to hear back instead of getting ghosted after meeting the team twice.
