First 20 mins of a phone screen with the hiring manager and received a response for the second round a month later. The second round was a virtual interview with 3 different employees including the managers. Good talk with them but failed and I assume that the reason is from the hiring manager. Negative experience when talking with him and waiting for his response for a long time.

Typical interview questions based on your experience.
Talent acquisition moved very quickly in the beginning and within 2 weeks had progressed to final interviews. I thought the discussions went well, but like so many others, never heard back from Newell.
Advice to Newell: do better. Prospective employees are interviewing you too. Even if you’ve gone in a different direction, have the respect to close the loop. You’re developing quite the reputation, and it appears very close to the one you’re looking to change.
