I've seriously never had a worse interview experience in my life. I first interviewed for this role and made it through all four rounds including a robust assignment. Between each round, I didn't hear back from my recruiter for more than 2-3 weeks. After the fourth round, I didn't hear back for almost a month. When I finally heard back, it was explained that I couldn't have done anything better or differently but that the role was being given to someone else. However, another team was interested in interviewing me for a different role. It took another 2-3 weeks for the first round for this role, which winded up being based in Atlanta which I'm not interested in at all. That was around a month ago with no follow-up or communication so I'm just going to assume it's not happening. I don't understand the lack of communication and stringing me along for no reason. I know Newell is a well oiled machine in other aspects, but they need to figure out their interview process or get rid of recruiters who can't handle at least keeping me abreast.
