El proceso fue largo, 5 entrevistas con diferentes líderes. El primer contacto fue RH y después el Gerente del área. Posterior a estas entrevistas pasas a otra ronda con otros entrevistadores, líderes importantes de la organización.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Newell Brands (Brampton, ON) in Mar 2025
Interview
Unnecessarily lengthy interview process. I started interviewing with them in January 2026. I applied for one portfolio and then they considered me for the other (all the while they were reposting for the roles). This whole ordeal lasted for three months until I was rejected after the final interview round where the recruiter said that they’re “going another direction”. It’s clear that they just post online and then end up hiring internally. I not only had two interviews but also created a case study presentation. And still they did this even though I’m currently in that line of work. No wonder this company’s shares plummeted. Zero professionalism.

Was reached out to for a screening but had to reach back out several times to get something scheduled with no response. Ultimately Had a 6-7 interviews, panel style. Followed up 6 times after. Had great conversations with the teams but as people said below, recruiting process needs work. Seems like there is a lot of change at Newell which is great but negatively affects this process
