Newline Interactive interview questions

I applied online. Was asked to take a Behavioral & Cognitive test. The Cognitive test was 100 questions that you have 12 mins to answer. Then I had a phone interview. Then I was asked to take another Cognitive test - 40 mins. The 3rd test was full of algebra and math that I took in high school and had nothing to do with the position. Then I was told that the Executives said no. I asked for feedback. No response. Basing a decision on 3 tests and maybe my salary requirements is certainly not a company I would want to work for.

I was prescreened on the telephone by the office manager, then scheduled for a face-to-face meeting with the CEO. On the day of my interview, I arrived a few minutes early, so I was taken to do my pre-hire assessment. That was a 40-minute, 40-question assessment that contained Math, Logic, Grammar, basic English, and Excel skills. After I took the assessment, the CEO spent at least 45 minutes with me. He was pleasant, respectful, comfortable and interesting to talk to.
