* Received a call, possibly 3 weeks after applying and asking for a phone interview the following week. * Went on the phone interview and this went smoothly, general questions were asked like "do you like working with people" or "What is your experience in the IT field" * Received a call back after a few hours, letting me know that they wanted to see me in person. * This Interview was at the end of this same week, i attended the interview and it is in reality a set of three interviews, one with the Manager for the Support department (not Integrations, Platinum), the other one with the two supervisors and lastly one with the Manager of the entire support department. * A week and a half later, i received a call informing me that they would like to hire me, paperwork was sent to me via email, i faxed it back, went in for my first day, showed documentation and the rest is history.
