After applying, some were selected to do a video recording interview first with your basic interview questions (moment of leadership, teamwork, etc.) as well as a few questions regarding the company/job itself.
After that, I was selected for a Skype interview where I was asked questions by a few of their geologists at different mine sites, as well as a recruiter.

One way video interview. You are given 20 seconds to prepare for the question and 2 minutes to respond to each question. Really easy interview as long as you are prepared.
