1 phone interview and 2 panel interviews, with people coming and going during the interview. Some seem excited and others bored. Typical useless interview questions such as "What's your strengths" and "What's your weaknesses". The interviews all could've been done together, but they are unorganised with their time so had to reschedule for a second interview. Offer was less than stated in the interview process. Wouldn't allow me to view a contract until I had accepted the offer. Manager took it to heart when offer was declined.
