The talent recruiter reached out to me via email and LinkedIn and asked me if I was interested in learning more about the role. If I was, send her my resume and availability and we'd have a conversation. I did as asked -- sent my availability. Silence. Finally, a week later, she wrote back and said she was going on vacation for two weeks, but we'd absolutely speak when she returned. I followed up and a few days later she emailed back, asking me to resend my resume and the title that I was interested in. I replied again -- and she responded they had filled the role. Extremely unprofessional :(
