I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at NewsCred (New York, NY)
Interview
The internal recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn for an Editorial/Content Strategy opening. The recruiter was very transparent about the company and did a great job of explaining the product and selling the company. That conversation was Instrumental in me formally joining the interview process as I wasn't actively looking. After the initial introductory call, I came onsite for two rounds and fell in love with the company. I met with the team and COO and received an offer the next day. The same recruiter managed the offer and set clear expectations on the offer terms. Overall, this process was smooth and efficient.
