The process took 6 days. I interviewed at NewsCred
Interview
Everything went really smoothly, they sent me some times to come in for an interview but then cancelled because the fast tracked someone.
They said they would keep me involved in the future if anything pops up but everyone says that.
A bit unprofessional, I was excited to meet everyone but unfortunately did not get the chance.

Interview
My interview process at NewsCred was truly a pleasure. Matt was super friendly and encouraging. He checked up with me after each interview to make sure I was feeling good about the process.
I had two phone interviews one with Matt and one with my future boss. Both were organized and felt more like a conversation than an interview. General questions were asked regarding my background and why I was interested in content marketing and NewsCred.
After the phone interviews I had three in person interviews in the NewsCred office. When I arrived I was welcomed by pretty much everyone and Matt showed me around the office and offered me their many drink/snack choices. These three interviews were a bit more specific, we went into the job description a bit deeper and I was asked more technical questions to ensure I was right for the position. After the interviews I ended up actually connecting so well to one of the women there I went and got coffee with her the next week before I signed my offer letter.
I have to say that the interview process wouldn’t have been the same without Matt. He made me feel welcome and comfortable at every turn. He had answers to all my questions and really gave me a feel for how the culture of the company was. For me he was the face of the company and he was definitely one of the reasons I decided to accept the offer.
