It consisted from 8 am to 3 pm. They provided lunch. In the morning, they did an overview of their company. In the afternoon, you had to go to four sessions. One was technical interview, another one with a board, a case study, and a group discussion. They were all in random order, everyone went to their specific sessions handled by a coordinator. For an entry level position, they expect a lot.

The interview process was really good. The interviewers were really polite. Newt global basically deals with data bases and transfering if data bases, so you need to have knowledge about SQL.
