Got in through a referral from a contact that works at the company. First interview was a phone interview with someone from their talent acquisition team. It was the boilerplate interview, nothing technical standard interview questions "Walk me through your resume, etc...". I thought it went well, I even got invited to the second round of interviews with the actual Capital Markets team, was asked to submit my availability and all. Two days later out of nowhere they send me a rejection letter because "something changed internally and they are taking the position in a different direction" while only changing the title on their website but keeping the same description. Needless to say it felt very unprofessional and like I wasted my time. I guess its to be expected from a "high growth ;)" company.
