Interview
The team did not seem excited, very robotic. Not very clear about salary and the growth limitations until the final interview. Process took much longer than initially stated (1.5 months vs 3).
During Covid they made the interview process as smooth as it could possibly be. Although I didn’t meet anyone in person I felt like I got a feel for the culture and team I would be joining.
