I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nexient (Ann Arbor, MI) in Aug 2013
Interview
The interview was very easy. They asked me more on my projects completed in bachelors and courses studied. Interviewer seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. I had an HR interview which was super easy too though the HR seemed extremely rude.

Question 1
Projects during my bachelors and basic soft skills questions.
I didn't go further than working with the Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor working out of Detroit, Michigan - I am concerned because I thought she was really rude when she chuckled at my salary goals and would have preferred a kinder and more professional interaction. One bullet point on her LinkedIn is - Cultivated an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, enhancing internal client satisfaction. I have to wholeheartedly disagree. Based on my experience this is an outright lie on the candidate experience side.

I applied online. I interviewed at Nexient (Detroit, MI) in Apr 2021
Interview
I was offered the job at an extrememly low salary. $55,000 below the national average. I then received an offer letter via email which was for $5,000 less than the original offer. When i called to ask about this they said, yea, thats all we can offer. Developers should not take salaries this low. They are doing the rest of us a disservice
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nexient (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2020
Interview
The process was good. I enjoyed the interview but the process was not that fast as expected. The person I had interview with went on PTO and I was waiting for 2/3 weeks to hear from them.
