The interview process was fairly easy but not very professional on the recruitment/HR side. I was asked how much I was looking to make and if I would need visa sponsorship before the interview process and they had agreed to both of them. All of the interviewers seemed to like me, questions were relatively easy and I was told I should be contacted soon about my joining but I did not hear back from them. On following up they told me that I was selected but would be paid much lesser than agreed and since I was selected for a beginner level role(I had 3.5 years of exp) I would also not be eligible for Visa sponsorship. I would've been more than willing to interview for a more senior level role had they asked me first. I was very hesitant on choosing interview with this company after reading the other reviews on here, and turns out all those reviews definitely were true.
