The interview process is similar to other companies. A call with a recruiter and two 1 hour interviews with members of the team. Bad experience as the recruiter was non responsive in terms of asking for information regarding the interviews. I asked what the interviews were about and I got a response 1 hour before the first interview! In addition, team members who conducted the interview were not clear with their questions and compared to other companies I interviewed for, it was not well run, it was awkward, and didn't seem like they knew what they didn't know what they wanted to do. Lastly, the software they use to conduct interviews was also buggy and difficult to use.
