Since I am a 20 years television veteran, the process was easy. It consisted of an email telling me the job changed from a photographer position to an editor position. I declined. I was then sent another email saying the pay was $16.35. I thought about it and then responded that I was interested. I then requested a phone interview but the job was given to me before I even talked on the phone. Clearly, they were desperate to get me in there and that should have been a red flag. In the phone interview the manager did not even ask me any questions. I asked some questions and a few days later I was offered the job.
