Interview
I enjoyed the interview process. It felt like more of a conversation. No hardball questions. Obviously, they want to pick your brain to see why you want to work there. My advice: Be honest, confident, and do some research on the station you want to work for.

felt very weird. people were welcoming but the contract thing and what's outlined in it is sketch. was offered the position but they weren't willing to negotiate the unbelievably low salary.
Fine job interview, no issues. They were professional and asked about being a journalist. Quick interview and good questions. Didn't have any weird problems or anything like that and everything and stuff

Interview
This was by far the worst interview process I have ever been part of. The hiring manager did not show up for the zoom interview TWICE! Reached out hours later to reschedule, called my home at 9pm to see if I was available to speak. They did offer me the job in New Heaven but the manager (the news director) was such a mess and the salary was so ridiculously low I decided to pass on their offer.
