Interview
Went through 6 rounds of interviews to get a soft offer, and while I was figuring out work schedules with HR, I got ghosted lol. The interview itself was not difficult, but the process felt disorganized. It was always, oh you should speak to this person and this person as well. But yeah the ghosting part was something that I was not expecting at all. They could've literally sent me a short email on how scheduling wouldn't work so they would be moving on with another candidate, but NOTHING.
