I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Next Billion

Spoke to the functional head and the founders. Who ghosted me after spending close to 4 hours talking to them! What's ridiculous is that the CEO puts up social posts about candidates ghosting them when the company senior management themselves do the same to candidates. Practice what you preach!
