NextDocs interview questions

I had two phone interviews and they went very well. I then scheduled a time when I went into their office and did they face to face interview. They did a skills test asking me generic questions about networking and various other terms. I also spoke about past experiences and what a day in the life is about.

Received a call from the HR recruiter regarding my application. We spoke about my resume and the position. This call went well and I was asked to speak with the hiring manager for a second phone interview. I agreed and we set a date and time. That date and time came and went with no call from Nextdocs. Luckily I was at the computer checking my e-mail and 25min after our call time I received an e-mail that something came up and they would have to reschedule. I agreed to reschedule and we set a new date and time for the call with the hiring manager. That date and time came and went as well and 35 min past the time he was going to call I called HR. I spoke to HR who said they were sorry and they would contact the hiring manager and get back to me with the out come. After another 30min I called HR again as it was the only contact I had at this point. This time no answer. After that I had given up on NextDocs. 10min later mind you over 1hour late I get a call from the hiring manager. He tells me that outlook did not remind him of our meeting and he wants to put it behind us so we can continue. We did our phone interview that lasted all of 10min. A few days later I received an e-mail that they will not be pursuing me as a candidate any more. My perception of the HR recruiter was a good one in that she did follow up and tried to cover for the hiring manager. My perception of the hiring manager is a bad one as he was late to both phone interviews and his explanations were weak. After messing up the first time you would think that he would not let a so called outlook mess up keep him from being on time for our second interview. My review of NextDocs interview process is a poor one and I would suggest if you are going to apply for a position at this company to be aware of the fact that they do not think your time is as important as there own..
