Interview
I applied online in August 2018 with an employee referral. I heard back after a month and scheduled an online video interview with HireVue. They give you three days to complete it. I sent it in mid September and as of today, December 19, I've had no further communication with NextEra. Very disappointed with this experience. Luckily, I wasn't desperate for the job, however, it's rude to keep potential candidates in such a long limbo. Online it says my application is in the "screening" process. I decided to withdraw my application and be done with the company.

The HireVue questions were pretty simple, like name some experiences you've had working with groups, why do you want this position, how would you market a new product, etc. With HireVue you record yourself answering a set of questions. A bit awkward to do but they give you time to practice before the recording begins.
