The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NextEra Energy, Inc. (Juno Beach, FL) in May 2011
Interview
First I was contacted by recruiter after a month from submitting application. I had phone interview with recruiter that lasted about 15 minutes, then 2 managers called me and I had phone interview with them. After that I was invited to corporate office in Juno Beach for 1:1 interview. The interview went great and lasted ~2 hours. I was interviewed by managers who described the project to me, and then by the corporate lawyer. Interview went great in my opinion, but I never head back from them, even though they told me that they will make their decision within 2 weeks....They had 2 more candidates, one internal and one external. I bet, they either hired the internal candidate or the external candidate was someone recommended by someone that they know. I am not sure what happened. The thing that I did not like was the fact that they did not call me back like they promised to tell me the outcome of the interview...very disrespectful company.
