Human Resources is very thorough in its assessment of your qualifications. Almost everyone applying to FPL on the Communications side must take a relatively easy writing test. If you do not find it easy, your calling is elsewhere.
When I interviewed the first interview would be an immediate supervisor. She was very conversational, but I believe my qualifications were not quite right for the supervision.
The next interviewer was the head of the department. She seemed very withdrawn and acted like she needed to be elsewhere. She was harried and not prepared to interview that day

Interview
I was scheduled by an internal recruiter to interview with a manager. She was very nice and friendly, and explained how the company is restructuring its communications needs. She gave me great insight into the company and role, and it sounds like a great team and great place to work. The next step was the recruiter was going to follow up. After hearing nothing for two weeks, I followed up with her. She apologized that she had been busy and promised to follow up with the person I interviewed with and let me know when my next interview would be. That was two months ago. She completely ghosted me. I’m pretty disappointed, as I thought everything went great and after learning more about the company and people, I really wanted the job.
