Interview
Short Version: Painfully long and unprofessional process with under-market offer.
Long Version: Had a phone call with potential co-worker and hiring manager and then waited 3 weeks before getting a call they wanted to bring me in for an interview. Waited 4 weeks before they finally brought me out. They seemed unprepared to interview me and passed me around to various engineers who mostly seemed to have better things to do. One interviewer kept checking her phone while talking with me. Weeks later they call to discuss a potential offer which was lower than another offer I have for the same position at another company in a cheaper part of the country. They say they will get back to me and I never hear from them again.
Straightforward interview process, which included two rounds of in-person interviews and one round of a recorded computer interview with automated, prompted questions. The time between first interview and initial offer was a little over a month.
