I was approached by a head hunter in LinkedIn. She gave me a brief description of the position and asked if I was interested. I sent her my resume and wishing a week she had set up my interview. Instead of two days of interviews she asked if I could schedule 2-3 hours on one day to interview with all the people that would need to meet me. It was nice to condense interviews into just one afternoon, as I was working somewhere else at the time and had to take less time off for the interview process. I met with my would be manager and the heads of other departments for about 20-30mins each. After my interview it was about a week later the head hunter called me to inform me the company was going to make me an offer for the position. And about 5 days later I got an official offer letter. The background check and hiring process took about 2 weeks. Overall great experience.
