Interview
It was very informal. 4 separate conversations/rounds with different senior level folks. They probed on high level experience, interest in the role and company, and personal attributes that would contribute to success in the job. They were polite and answered my questions. The process was a little unclear on timelines and next steps.

Why are you interested in working at NextEra Energy and what excites you about the role?
Straightforward panel interview, everyone was on time and courteous. I Would recommend being prepared to talk about your vision for the role. Don’t be afraid to admit what you don’t know while showing a commitment to learning.
Never got any feedback, seemed to be in a period of transition with key management changes and perhaps a bit of uncertainty. Several remote interviews followed by in person and few more remote calls afterwards.
