I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at NextEra Energy, Inc. (Juno Beach, FL) in May 2024
Interview
My interview experience was very pleasant with this company. I had 2 rounds plus a super day. One with the hiring manager, another was a technical MS Excel Exercise, and then the company flew me in for a super day packed with 4 interviews (3 execs and 1 with the team). I got to meet the team, have lunch with them, explore the neighborhood, and ask questions about their experience. I honestly thought this was it, the company I'd work with, and enjoy my time here. But alas, I got the sad news that they hired another candidate. Overall, although disappointed, I had nothing but major respect for the transparency and the way the company and the recruiter managed the whole process. If I ever have the opportunity, I would 100% interview with them again.
