After an on campus interview at my college, I was invited to an on-site in Jupiter, FL at their headquarters. They set me up in a nice hotel, nice rental car, and the day began the next morning at 8AM. We were given a tour of the facilities in the morning and got to hear from two first year employees in the distribution planning position, and there were two interviews in the afternoon. I was sat down across a desk from two engineers at each interview. All questions were behavioral, mostly relating to how you would respond in a given situation, what you'd do if someone asks you to do something unethical, etc. They seemed to just want to see if I had good communication skills more than anything. They typically have a turnaround time of less than two weeks.
