I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at NextGen Healthcare (Bengaluru) in Feb 2020
Interview
For me, they conducted 1 round and then, asked me to wait outside. During interview, interviewer was calculating my BA experience in years, if he is not sure of how many years experience I have, why should he call me for interview? Why there was no proper screening before interview? It went for 10-15 mins with the intention to lock me with some questions so that they can send me off. It was a crap.
