Standard process with both interviews. I interviewed with the the Leader first and then had a follow up with Leader’s peer. Basic questions during both and nothing out of left field.

Interview process was good and have answered all the relevant questions. Still was not selected and disappointed with the way they are selecting the candidates. I was waiting patiently and answered all the questions, but after some days after we call they are informing that we are not selected . The person who interviewed in 2nd round who is the decision maker in Bangalore informed that our conversation was interesting, but still he has played politics in not recommending to the next round.

First round was telephonic and second round was F2F where the interviewer didn't allow to answer any questions properly, he was keep on interrupting and moving to new question even before I could answer..
