Initially versant communication test is conducted followed by two technical round of interviews and one managerial & HR round. All the rounds I have attended in 3 days. In Versant test, listening skills, reading skills, paragraph formation, sentence formation and story writting skills has been tested. Then 2 technical round followed by Managerial round and HR Round. Results was been announced after 10 days. It's a bit late but overall interview experience is good. Based on the technology which I have mentioned in the resume and SQL server, ii's server & web servers.
