It seems from reading some of the reviews that there are either overwhelmed recruiters with heavy workloads or less focus on the quality of talent acquisition. I was contacted by a recruiter for a PM position, requesting availability to connect for a phone interview. I supplied several slots, but then never heard anything back. While, generally, I may have reached out again, I felt that recruiters are generally the face of the company - and the communications (or lack thereof) may be an indicator of the climate and culture. I opted to forego reconnecting and continued with another role.
